DARRELL’S BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

This recipe serves:  1
Preparation time:  5 minutes

Ingredients
10-12 oz. organic apple juice
1 Tbls. Hi-Zimes powder
1 Tbls. New Life Colostrum
1 Tbls. Greens First
1 Tbls. Spirulina flakes
2 Tbls. Toco
1 Tbls. Ultra Flax-Borage Complex
1 cup (or more to suit your taste and consistency) frozen blueberries (or other frozen fruit)

Directions
1. Place juice in blender or Vita-Mix.
2. Blend on low speed as you add the next six ingredients. Continue to blend until thoroughly blended.
3. Switch to high speed. Add blueberries (or other fruit). Blend on high speed until smooth.
